Impactful Ripples non profit offers "You Matter" silicone bracelets to schools, groups and individuals in order to promote positive self talk and self image for all involved. The nonprofit is the brainchild of local business coach, Heather Suerdieck.

Impactful Ripples Inc was launched in February 2024 with the mindset of creating intentional space to grow God’s work. The inspiration for our non-profit came from a conversation I had with my deceased father in dream that planted a seed for The You Matter Bracelet Project. He told me “Do what makes you happy.” At that time, inspirational wear was on my mind and heart to try. I took this as a guiding light into something bigger. My 9-year-old son chose the words. I composed 20 different sayings and asked what he would say to a classmate if they were struggling, and he said, “Use You Matter, mom, because we all forget that we matter.” Sometimes in life it is the spaces we create, and the ideas that we grow, and the chances we take that really grow us.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create programs and initiatives to connect individuals with inspiration, motivation, and self-worth. We want to continue to Ripple our You Matter Project through schools, businesses, and the community. Each year it is our goal to gift students with the You Matter message to grow their self-worth. We can do this by working with businesses and community groups on You Matter Projects. Part of each project we do goes back to helping to fund the school programs. That, along with bracelet sponsorships, allows Impactful Ripples Inc to continue to grow our current and future generations.

Heather Suerdieck
Founder & Executive Director
CPC, ELI-MP
Heather is a Certified Professional Coach for Life and Leadership. Her passion is to grow God’s plan for her and impact others through growing hope and their self-worth. Her Graduation Program within the schools allows “at risk” students to create mindset and motion and overcome roadblocks. When Heather is not busy with growing others, she loves spending time with family and being outside. Heather’s go to phrase: Mindset is Everything!

Mandy Gerling - Board President
Mandy is an Information Technology Manager at Midmark Corporation and enjoys spending time growing the youth in her community through coaching basketball and ministry opportunities. As a Certified Professional Coach, Mandy is passionate about helping others show up as their best self and building God’s Kingdom.
Maria Moore - Board Secretary
Maria is part owner of Biller’s Stamps & Engraving in Arcanum, Ohio. Her role in professional leadership and as President of the Darke County Business and Professional Women’s Group, has allowed her to grow values within others and her community. Maria loves spending time with her beautiful family when she is not making this world a better place through her many gifts.
Michael Henderson - Board Treasurer
Mike is retired from a career in Engineering and has served on many boards to assist in their growth within the community over the years. He prides himself on being faithful, supporting others, loving/spending time with his family, and continuing to help grow people and the community around him.
